We're a community of young adults (ages 23-35) seeking to pursue Jesus and serve people.

Timberline 20s and 30s (formerly nine70) is the Young Adult Ministry at Timberline Church in Fort Collins, Colorado. Our ministry isn't limited to just Fort Collins, however. Our desire is to serve people in their 20s and 30s in the 970 area code, which covers most of Northern Colorado. We also have several folks who come from Wyoming.

Who We Serve

Our desire is to be a community that reflects the city we live in. The most beautiful part of Timberline 20s and 30s, is the diversity in life stage and faith journey. We have single people and married people, young professionals, people who have been walking with Jesus for as long as they remember and people who are checking out faith.

What to Expect

Large Group Bible Study

Our weekly large group gathering is our first stop to connection with Timberline 20s and 30s. Our typical gathering will include bible study teaching and discussion around circle tables. We always want to engage and participate, while allowing people to connect with one another.

Service Nights

Several times a year we have Timberline 20s and 30s service nights, where we dedicate our normal gathering time to tangibly blessing our community in some way. In the past we've partnered with organizations we believe in like Serve 6.8 or the Alpha Center or we've made our own service night with random acts of kindness events and creating homeless blessing bags.

Social Events

We love to play together! Some Thursdays, especially in the summer, we will spend time together at the Drive-In or at a Rockies game, or we'll just get dinner together.

Worship Nights

We don't have worship every week at Timberline 20s and 30s, but we do try to have several nights dedicated to worship and prayer throughout the year.

Small Groups are the best.

If you are looking to build deep jesus-centered friendship, small groups are your place.

We have groups within Timberline 20s and 30s, co-ed groups and gender specific groups that meet at various homes and coffee shops around the city outside of Thursday nights. They are the place to pray for one another, to know one another,  and to look deeper into scripture together.

We typically launch new groups at the beginning of a new season (fall, spring, summer).

As Christians we are a sent people.

God doesn't need us, but he chooses to use us. We are honored to partner with him as we express the message of Jesus through word and deed. We do this locally and globally through Timberline Missions.

We have partnered with Respire Haiti over the last few years, an organization that exists to encourage, educate and empower restaveks, orphans and vulnerable children in Haiti. If you are interested in joining a team in 2018, email us at ya@timberlinechurch.org!

RIDE ski weekend

We have the privilege of getting to live where we live, and we take advantage of that! Every year in the end of January we take a weekend trip to Steamboat Springs to play together.
